Used 115 cubic foot Sprout Waldron stainless steel non-jacketed sanitary double ribbon blender
Has 6.5" OD, center bottom outlet with air actuated valve, driven by a 15 hp gearhead motor, 230/460 volt, 1750 rpm with 100 rpm output and approximately 2.6/1 pinion to bull gear ratio. Has double ribbon, sanitary internal finish. Inner ribbon 4"wide x 1/2" thick, outer ribbon 2" wide x 1/2" thick. Previously used on food product. Currently mounted on legs supplying 53" discharge height. Inside dimension of blender is 42" wide x 143" long x 47" deep. Includes catwalk stairs and bag dump station.
