Used sheet extrusion downstream equipment
- A) 8" Killion sheet die having an adjustable upper sliding lip and fixed removable lower lip.
- B) Sheet stack having (3) 10" face x nominal 5" diameter chrome plated rolls
- Mounted in a vertical arrangement for a downstack operation at approximately a 42" centerline height.
- Temperature via a sterlco model m8432-4 3 zone water temperature unit
- Each zone has 9 kw heater, pump and M-2 microprocessor control.
- Sterlco is 230 volt 3 phase, 60 cycle, rated at 72 amps
- chrome rolls and pull rolls are each driven by 3/4 hp dc motor through gear reducer
- Chrome rolls are mounted on same frame as cooling polishing stand
- Also includes integral controls
- C) (1) Used 10" killion single shaft winder with controls
