Used 6"/3.5" Hartig / Davis standard dual diameter reclaim extrusion line consisting of the following:
- 6"/3.5" Hartig dual diameter extruder, electrically heated, air cooled, vented barrel (plugged) with oversize feed section.
- Includes 6" O.D. screw at feed port tapering TO 3.5" diameter screw at discharge.
- Includes Lufkin gearbox and 150 HP AC motor with inverter.
- Includes control panel with contactors, but no temperature instruments (formerly controlled by plc which is not available).
- Downstream includes 3.5" Be ringer screen changer with hydraulic power pack and strand die.
- Conair water slide palletize with water system including operator controls and pumping system.
- Gala Model: 2008 BF Spin dryer
- Witte 48" 2-deck stainless steel classifier.
- 6" and 3.5" Screws reported replaced in 2004.
- Line installed and operational until April 2012
