We are looking for Ribbon blender with following specification:
- Screw or Ribbon blender to mix and convey Liquid Peroxide with Polypropylene Powder.
- Operation continuous mode.
- PP Powder in beads form (spherical beads): Average Particle size 2500 microns. (range from 1000 to 4000 microns)
- PP Beads can absorb the liquid additive on its surfaces.
- The PP Beads flow rate: 15 - 18 tons per hour.
- Liquid peroxide flow rate: 30 - 70 kg/hr.
- PP Powder is at 40 - 45 deg C
- Liquid Peroxide at 25 deg C
- Residence time in the mixer 3 - 4 minutes.
No temperature rise expected while mixing and conveying, no shearing of
the product.
- MOC: SS304 min.
