- Has electrically heated water cooled barrel with 58" centerline height
- Extruder includes Allen Bradley touch screen interface for extruder heat control and operation
- Includes 4.5" Beringer screen changer with hydraulic pump
- Has 15 hp melt pump Model LS56/56
- Downstream includes Davis standard 44" wide x 12" x 18" x 18" gear driven chill roll stack,
- Each roll equipped with rotary union, hydraulic clamping action on rolls including hydraulic pump
- Includes operator controls with drives for chill rolls and pull rolls
- Includes temperature control system with pumps and heaters for chill rolls
- Downstream also includes Ohmert and NDC thickness gauges
