We are looking for downstream equipment for sheet line with the following specifications:
1) Heating cooling unit
- Pump flow rate capacity: 400 LPM
- T (C): 1 (C)
2) Conveyor stack with cooling arrangement
- Length: 15 Meters.
- Width: 1.8 Meters (Nett Rolls Width)
3) Traveling Cutter
- 3 mm to 30 mm (HDPE, PP and LLDPE material)
- Maximum line speed: 2 Meters/Min (When 1.05 Wider 3 mm Thickness of sheet runs at 300 Kg/hr)
- Minimum line speed: 0.04 Meters/Min (When 1.55 Meters Wider 30 mm Thickness of sheet runs at 100 Kg/hr)
NOTE: Cutter's blade should be capable for easy and smooth cutting for above mentioned material. there should not be generating frictional heat during cutting.
4) Mixer machine
- HDPE, PP and LLDPE material
- Capacity: 100 Kg Mixing of Material With regrind material and all additives
