- 460/3/60.
- Line consists of the following:
a) Munchy tapered screw extruder with 4"/2.16" diameter tapered screw.
- Electrically heated air cooled barrel has an 13/1 l/d ratio.
- Unit has 6" x 9" feed throat entrance and with side fed pull roll assembly having 6.5" wide rolls.
- Extruder gearbox is belt driven by a 15 HP AC motor.
- Includes incomplete free standing control panel b) manual screen changer
c) Water ring style pelletizing system.
- Cutter is driven by 2 hp motor.
- includes spin dryer, water tempering system, two (2) die plates (4 hold and 10 hole), spare pump motor for water tempering system and blower discharge for spin dryer.
