1) 8" PTI Water Ring Pelletizing Line
- One (1) used PTI water ring pelletizing line consisting of the following
- One (1) 8" PTI extruder, 30:1 l/d, electrically heated, water cooled, vented barrel, 16" x 26" oversized feed throat with ram assist, 700 hp dc motor with SCR controller, 480 volt, thru Flender gearbox with 11.48:1 reduction, gearbox rated 988 hp at 1150 rpm input speed control panel with Watlow controllers.
- One (1) Beringer #26 slide palte screen changer with hydraulic power pack.
- One (1) used Water ringer pelletizing system with die plate, water slide, spin dryer, tempered water system with pump and heat exchanger.
- Includes 30" wide x 25' long feed conveyor and 8" diameter x 10' long volumetric feeder.
- Previously running polyethylene film fluff.
2) 2.5" Sterling Pelletizing Line
- One (1) used Sterling pelletizing line consisting of the following:
- One (1) 2.5" Sterling extruder, 30:1 l/d, electrically heated, water cooled barrel, vented and plugged barrel, closed loop water cooling system, 50 hp dc motor with SCR controller, with control panel, One (1) 2.5" Beringer screen changer, model SL25 with hydraulic power pack, One (1) strand die, One (1) 18" wide x 14" deep x 11'2" long stainless steel water bath with heat exchanger and pump on stand, One (1) Berlyn air wipe, model HV1, 6.625" wide slot, One (1) Conair pelletizer, model 304, 4" wide with pull roll, 2 hp dc motor with controls
3) 34 mm Leistritz Pelletizing Line
One (1) used Leistritz pelletizing line consisting of the following;
- One (1) 34 mm Leistritz twin screw extruder, co rotating screws, 27:1 l/d, electrically heated, air cooled barrel, vented and plugged barrel section, 11 KW (15 hp) variable speed motor, 390 rpm max screw speed with on board temperature control panel new 1989, One (1) 3 hole strand die, Accrison gravimetric feeder, model LSM34GL, stainless steel hopper and screw, 2" diameter screw with controls, One (1) Conair strand pelletizer, model 304, 10 knife solid helical rotor, 2.5 hp, 240 volt motor, system includes spare extruder screws, elements, shafts and spare pelletizer rotor.
4) 1.25" Killion Pelletizing Line
- One (1) used Killion lab pelletizing line consisting of the following: 1.25" Killion extruder, 30:1 l/d, electically heated, air cooled barrel, 5 hp dc motor with SCR controller with integral temperature control panel, strand die, stainless steel water bath
- One (1) used PTI water ring pelletizing line consisting of the following
