- Mixing bowl built in 316 Liter stainless steel.
- Has 316 Liter stainless steel three blade mixer driven by 55 KW motor and (1) 316 Liter stainless steel chopper with (4) knives driven by 8 KW /12 KW motor.
- 316 Liter stainless steel lid which is fixed in position, hydraulic power pack for raise and lower of product bowl.
- Unit is mounted on frame.
- Unit includes controls and WIP station.
- Also includes Matcon IBC docking station mounted above, with model FT1500C Muller lift, Watson Marlow pump and Matcon discharge station.
