Drying: The heat generator can be of different types (gas, electrical, diathermic oil, vapour) and
is assembled upstream the II degree fan; in this way the air is delivered to the drying chamber
below, coming out from the nozzles.
- The ventilation group is made of 3 fans, two assembled on the tunnel base and one structure of electro welded tubular equipped with a traverse motion.
- A second fan aspirated the exceeding air of the II one and deliver it to the I one, so producing a cascade circuit.
- From this chamber the air is aspirated by the extraction fan and delivered to the recovering system.
- The pipes are equipped with movable parts with seal gaskets.
- The fans are fed by an inverter with continuous sped adjustment allowing an easy balance and adaptation of the air coming out from the nozzles according to the type of web and the adhesives
