- The plant is also suitable for many alternate products such as Bio-diesel from PFAD (Palm Fatty Acid Distillate) as feedstock with capacity of 7500 MT/Month.
Other alternate products possible with some modification are :
- Di-Methyl Isopthalate (DMIP)
- Benzoic Acid, Methyl Benzoate, Sodium Benzoate, Benzyl Alcohol.
- Bisphenol-A, Ethyl Acetate / Butyl Acetate
Majority of the process vessels have MOC of Stainless Steel 316.
List of the major equipment available in plant are:
- Oxidizers: 3 Nos
- Centrifugal compressor: 2 Nos
- Screw compressor: 1 No
- Esterifier: 1 No
- Crystallizer: 2 Nos
- Centrifuges: 3 Nos
- Drum type flaker: 2 Nos
- Pelletizer: 1 No
- Various process tanks
- Pumps with motors: 1 lot
- Heat exchangers
- Filters
- Scrubbers
- Ejectors with associated electrical equipment
- Instrumentation with DCS and panels.
