We want to recycle HDPE
- Scrap (milk bottles, etc) to flakes/granules.
- Bale breaker
- Trommel (dry cleaning of product, any process/machine ok!)
- Label remover
- Conveyer belt for manual sorting
- Crusher/Granulator/Grinder/shreader
- Washing equipment - HOT WASH AND COLD WASH to remove glue, etc. high speed friction washer, sink / float washing tank / boiler tank
- Drying of flakes
- Glue removing / label removing zigzag classifier.
- Plastic color sorter. Any other machine you recommend for producing good quality flakes without contamination.
Please advice on the water treatment solution you can provide too.
