We are looking slitter for APET sheets with the following specification
- Mother roll details:
- Material: PP/APET
- Thickness: 200 - 800 microns.
- Width: 1100 mm Max.
- Core ID: 152 mm.
- Winding diameter: 1000 mm Max.
- Output requirements:
- Width: 100 mm Min.
- Core ID: 76 mm and 152 mm.
- Winding diameter: 600 mm max.
Since the APET material is highly transparent
- During the slitting process there should not be any scratch marks created on the sheet.
Also the APET material will be coated with silicon for anti block properties and will have slight slipping properties.
We will need rotary cutters.
Speed requirement are not high 80 to 100 metes max
