This line is automatically weighing material which is fed by steps until maximum capacity is reached.
Scraps are processed to obtain dry, degassed and compacted material which is automatically discharged when ready.

Advantages of the Costarelli agglomerator compared with other systems:
There is virtually no limit to moisture - of course throughput rate will be affected by it
Degassing is much more efficient , through the vacuumed hood, which makes it more suitable for printed stuff.
Virtually any workable size of scraps, PE FILM, BAGS, FOILS (we advise to shorten long fibers, reduce size of woven PP, which is particularly tough, to optimize production)
This machine can be switched ON and OFF with no pre-heating making it ideal for sporadic lots
Cost of spares is very low compared to other systems.
Knives can be sharpened many times before needing replacement. The inner lining will last for a long time. all depends on the materials which are processed.
