We are looking for
Thermoforming Line
To manufacture PS foam food trays and food containers and similar disposable packaging products
Material to be used is PS foam sheet
Thickness:- 1 mm and 4 mm
Machine must be roll-fed and capable of processing PS foam sheet reliably.
Top and bottom infrared heaters with multi-zone temperature control,vacuum forming combined with compressed air pressure forming,plug-assist system for deep forming,servo driven indexing system,forming depth at least 100 mm (preferably up to 150 mm),sheet width approximately 700–800 mm or similar,forming area suitable for food trays and containers
