Vent purpose:- 1.5 H.P. mono block vacuum pump to connector with barrel for vented purpose.
Force feeder:-
1. We will provide vertical crammer force feeder mounted on the hopperlid and is driven by 2 H.P. A.C. motor Local make helical gear. It consistent of 2 H.P. A.C.drive.
2. We will provide the spiral loader mounted on the hopper lid for the PVC raw material loading along with motor, M.S. Spring, L.L.D.P.E. Pipe etc.

Vacuum sizing Calibration water tank
4 Meter length S.S Material make vacuum sizing calibration tank with water shower. One best quality & totally flexible moves ups, down, back & forward. shower pump for cooling of 16 mm to 50 mm pipe size.
1 MTRS vacuum and 2 MTRS open.
Vacuum pump:- 1.5 hp Vacuum pump Kiloskar make.
Catter-piller:-
1. Haul off capacity up to 75 mm.
2. The frame is made out of heavy steel sections.
3. A suitable individual gear box with 1 HP motor ABB make. Haul off speed is infinity variable
4. The movement of the rubber conveyer belt assembly by manually.
5. A panel containing electrical as well as pneumatic controls for the haul off is mounted on the frame separate
Auto Cutter:-
1. Pipe cutter capacity up to 50 mm.
2. The frame is made of heavy steel section &plates.
3. 1 H.P. local make A.C. motor is provided on hinged bracket and v-belt
And pulley are used for power transmission.
4. The pipe clamping is automatic through pneumatic Cylinders and actuated by the limit switches on the trimming chute. assembly slides forward along with the pipe and returns through Pneumatic cylinder.
5. Air lubricator, filter, regulator, pneumatic piping & electrical controlare
included.
