Supreme Petrochem Ltd. has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 05, 2008, inter alia, to consider the buy back of Company's equity shares to such extent [not exceeding 10% of the networth (paid-up equity capital and free reserves) of the Company] on such terms and conditions as the Board may decide.
