Chevron Phillips Chemical ethylene and cumene feed preparation units have restarted, according to a filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, as reported by Platts. The facility was shut in mid-June following the loss of steam supply to the plant that produces approximately 1.75 bln lbs pa of olefins.
