CNOOC to set new South China-based refinery underway

China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), one of China's largest offshore oil and gas producer, will set its new Huizhou-based US$2.8 bln worth oil refinery operations underway in Guangdong province (South China) by end of March. Phase-1 of the new refinery is slated to have refining capacity of 12 mln tpa.
