Targa Resources storage and shipment center in Mont Belvieu, Texas reported an ethylene leak. As a result, this led to temporary closure of a one-mile-long stretch of Texas Highway 146 for about an hour. Reuters reports that the leak is under control late Monday morning, and no injuries have been reported.
