Feasibility study on 13 mln tons petrochemicals plant in China completed by Rosneft and CNPC

Rosneft and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) have completed a feasibility study on the construction of a petrochemicals plant in China, reinforcing the possibility of building a petrochemicals plant in China with capacity of 13 mln tons. A final decision on the investment is subject to approval from authorities in Russia and China.
