India's Haldia Petrochemicals has pushed forward its naphtha cracker maintenance by two quarters until after October. Due to the uncertain economic conditions, Haldia will delay maintenance and expansion works at its 520,000 tpa naphtha unit until Q4-09. A 30% capacity expansion is being planned at the unit.
