Malaysia's Petronas closes PE plants at 2 complexes on demand dearth

Facing a dearth of petrochemical demand and down-sliding orders, Malaysia's Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) has brought shutters down at its polyethylene plants in Kertih (Terengganu) and Gebeng (Pahang) petrochemical complexes, Malaysia Star reported.
