Oil markets pause

Benchmark crude for August delivery inched up to US$103.5, remaining steady this week after rising by over six dollars last week. Oil rose slightly as markets await news on U.S. crude supplies, OPEC production and the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy stance. Brent crude rose to US$107.8 on the ICE exchange in London.
