Rosneft is to build a petrochemicals complex in Primorye instead of a refinery, as per Russian Economy Ministry Statistics Department. The complex will have two lines – a petrochemicals line and a refining line with processing capacity of 5.5 mln tons. The petrochemicals unit will process 3.5 mln tons of naphtha and liquified hydrocarbon gasses a year and 1.5 mln tons of gas condensate.
