Wuhan Petrochemicals is to complete the construction of an 800,000 tpa ethylene plant by end of 2012. The company plans to invest 4 billion Yuan in 2010 in its new ethylene project, to be spent in construction of infrastructure and utilities like water supply, electricity, roads and other facilities.
