The required minimum stand space acceptable to the fair authorities is a 15 sqm. stall.
If your booking is routed through Plastindia Foundation, smaller areas like 6 sqm, 9 sqm and 12 sqm can be made available to you, subject to availability. The tariff has been worked out on this basis.
Rate payable :
  Shell Scheme Package Booth       : *Euro 341/- Per Sq. Mtr. (Minimum – 15 sqm)
Raw space                                 : * Euro 316/- per Sq. Mtr. (Minimum – 15 sqm)
Non-Refundable Registration Fee  : Euro 410
* Payable in Indian Rupees calculated at the rate of Rs.57 to a Euro.
A refundable Security Deposit calculated at Rs.1,000/- per Sqm. in accordance with the total space allotted would also
 
become payable in advance at the time of booking the space. Preferred positions like corner stalls depending upon availability will be allotted on a “ First-Come-First-Serve” basis.
At the time of submitting the application form, 50% space rent will have to be paid alongwith the non-refundable
 

registration fee. The balance 50% of space charges will have to be paid two months prior to the start of the fair. Payment should be made in favor of PLASTINDIA FOUNDATION, Mumbai. Outstation payment by Demand Draft or payable “AT PAR” cheque only .

If the balance 50% payment is not received by the stipulated deadline date, we will treat your application as cancelled and

  all advances paid towards the same shall be forfeited.
Your space requirements will be specified not later than September 30, 2005 in order to enable us to complete the necessary formalities at our end.
Exhibitors demonstrating machine/s will have to apply and pay separately for the 3-phase power load so required by them.

Freight handling charges, other expenses for shipping and reshipping of exhibits, as well as Insurance, will be payable by

  the participants. The Foundation would communicate to the participants the names of the Official Freight Forwarder/s and the Shell Scheme Contractor as and when appointed.
 

All travel, transportation as well as hotel accommodation will be extra and borne by exhibitors themselves.

At the end of the exhibition, if none of the exhibits are to be brought back and all are to be destroyed, proper instructions

  will have to be given to the concerned authority for destroying the same and relevant payments, if any, made to them directly by the exhibitor.
