| SCREW DRIVE - This is a three phase, 440 Volts
A.C. Inverter, its serves mainly two purpose firstly protects the
screw motor & secondly provides various speed option for the screw
drive. MAIN MOTOR DRIVE - This is a three phase, 220 Volts A.C. Inverter, its also serves two purpose, firstly this protects main motor & secondly provides the option of running the machine at various speeds. TEMPERATURE CONTROL - This is a PID based temperature controller for precise temperature control of the barrel. COUNTER - This is provided to count and display the actual Nos. of tubes produced. SAFETY LOCk - This is provided so by accident, machine may not start during setting etc. |
