Naphtha refining margins in Asia declined to the lowest in two weeks

Japan’s benchmark open-specification naphtha forward contracts for delivery in H2-January were bid at US$768/ton against offers at US$771, according to brokerage Ginga Petroleum Singapore Pte in Bloomberg. H1-February cargoes were bid at US$764.50/ton vs US$767.50. Naphtha prices for mid-January to mid-February delivery fell by 2.3% to US$770.25/ton; the lowest since October 29.
