Ruco highlights special-purpose and high-performance inks

Ruco Druckfarben will showcase its dedicated printing ink ranges for pad and screen printing, label printing, printing on bottles (both plastic and glass), and CD manufacture. Product highlights at K will include series 920UV inks suited to high printing speeds, even under extreme ambient conditions; “Brilliant Silver” series 110ZS ink, which can be used an alternative to expensive embossing, claims Ruco; and series 945UV inks, claimed to provide a high gloss, high opacity, and “outstanding” performance in terms of flow and printability at production rates around 5000 pieces/hour. Ruco is represented in the UK and Ireland by Sheffield-based Kaye-Dee Marking Solutions, from whom standard colour ranges are available.
