The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has plans in the pipeline to erect an oil refinery worth US$5 bln in Balochistan, Pakistan, as per local media reports. The UAE Consul-General announced of this investment at the occasion of UAE's 37th National Day on Dec 2, 2008.
