A feasibility study is underway to present to the Board. The project, if approved by its board of directors, will add a third reactor to the polyethylene facility on site. Nova’s Joffre plant, which has five manufacturing facilities, is one of the largest ethylene and polyethylene production sites in the world. If approved, construction is estimated to start in 2013 and be completed in 2015.
