The first is at its Palwal plant for an additional 15 kTPA state-of-the-art compounding facilities
The second expansion is at a green-field project in South India near Bengaluru-Hosur region.
The company will invest over Rs. 500 million for these two ground breaking expansions will further solidify its position as a leading provider of high-quality thermoplastic compounds in India, South East Asia and serve Global customers growth.
Expansion # 1: Palwal plant upgradation and capacity addition by 15 kTPA
Autotech - Sirmax India is proud to announce a comprehensive upgrading of its existing 15 kTPA compounding plant located in Palwal, Haryana (NCR region). This project will have a new shop floor of ~ 65,000 sq. feet and involves fresh investment in a latest mega-torque, high speed state of the art twin- screw extruder capable of manufacturing the most “Advanced High Performance Compounds” for PP, PA6, PA66, PBT, and speciality blends like PC/ABS, PC/PBT, Biopolymers, Long-Glass Fibre compounds etc.
This expansion and upgradation will elevate the Palwal plant to meet the rapidly growing demand for global standards of Sirmax Group materials in Indian Mobility, EV, Electricals & Electronics, White Goods & Appliances and other industrial applications. The Palwal expansion project also encompasses the enhancement of plant infrastructure, debottlenecking, new machinery, and technology transfer, resulting in a modern facility with enhanced production capacity of 30kTPA.
The key highlights of Palwal expansion project include:
Fresh investment in plant and machinery - Installation of the latest, high-speed, high output advanced twin screw extrusion lines along with lab equipment.
Addition of approx. 65,000 sq feet space provision for additional 4 high capacity lines to support future growth, along with new warehouse and automated material handling systems.
Additional capacity of 15 kTPA will enhance total plant capacity to over 30 kTPA. These improved capabilities will provide wider range of Polypropylene (PP) based thermoplastic compounds, including Engineering Thermoplastics, Long-Glass Fibre compounds, Bio-Degradable Compounds, and Circular Economy materials for higher sustainability solutions for Auto industry and other segments.
This strategic move is a testament to Autotech-Sirmax commitment to meet the growing market demands for high-quality Engineering Thermoplastics (ETP) and Polypropylene (PP) Compounds. The expansion aligns with the company's vision to remain at the forefront of innovation and deliver high performance solutions to valued OEMs & customers.

In addition to it’s existing 30kTPA mother plant at Valsad (Gujarat), the Palwal plant will cross 30kTPA capacity.
Expansion # 2: Greenfield project in south India ~ 20 kTPA for Thermoplastics Compounds coming soon….
Autotech-Sirmax India has undertaken a significant step towards further expansion in it’s India operations by announcing a greenfield project in South India. The company has recently acquired prime industrial land near Hosur from the Tamil Nadu government. This land acquisition paves the way for the establishment of a third manufacturing plant for Autotech with planned plant capacity of 20kTPA taking the overall production capacity of Autotech Sirmax to 80kTPA.

Hi, We are an compounding industry and we are doing compounding specially in polypropylene, we are using reprocess material too.
