Exxon Mobil Corp plans to delay commissioning of a 1 million tpa ethylene cracker at its Singapore petrochemical plant, as per Reuters. The cracker will start in 2012 instead of H2-2011 to ensure a safe start-up of the unit which is integrated with several others.
