LyondellBasell Industries, one of the world's largest polymers, petrochemicals, fuel companies and global leader in polyolefins have announced the establishment of a 30,000 tpa year compounding facility in Altamira, Mexico. The new facility will be adjoining the existing PP manufacturing facility operated by Indelpro, a JV of LyondellBassel. The newly developed PP compounding plant will derive the feedstock from the Indelpro facility in order to source high performance and high quality PP compounds to the region's automotive and appliance manufacturing base.
