American Green Group acquires bio-based insulation foam maker - Paradigm Polymers

American Green Group, Inc. (AMNE) announced recently that it's wholly owned subsidiary Eco-Built Systems, LLC has signed a letter of intent to acquire the business operations of Paradigm Polymers, Inc., located in Georgia (U.S.), a leader in the innovation of "Go Green" technology application in the structural insulation environment and various other applications since May 2000. AMNE expects the acquisition to generate a minimum of US$2 mln in revenue during its first fiscal year in 2009 with the expectation of substantially achieving higher gross revenues between US$4 and US$5 mln with additional representatives. Paradigm Polymers, Inc. developed and markets the first soy based foam insulation product used by the industry. The company is developing products in partnership with other manufacturers and distributors for items such as bio-foam insulated thermal shipping containers and the first soy based foam insulation board. AMNE continues to vector their new business focus of Chemical sales and distribution with Paradigm Polymers, Inc. onboard believing them to be a perfect fit and a solid company to build a strong revenue generating foundation for AMNE.
