Six out of nine contracts for the Jubail refinery project are expected to be awarded by two partners Saudi Aramco and Total by end of this month. About US$10 bln reduction in project costs is sought by the partners, in the project expected to start operations in 2013. Talks are underway with the bidders a step that is conventionally followed by deal signing.
