The Board of Directors of Supreme Petrochem Ltd is mulling dividend for 2009. SPL is to hold a meeting of the Board of Directors on July 29, 2009, inter alia, to approve and take on record the audited financial results for the year ended June 30, 2009.
The Board will also consider recommendation of dividend on equity shares.
