In a bid to ease it's reliance on naphtha imports, Indonesian petrochemical producer PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical (CAP) is conducting a year-long preliminary study to develop a mini-refinery in 2018 with 2.5 mln tpa capacity, as per The Jakarta Post. The estimated investment in the refinery expected to be located near existing facilities in Cilegon, Banten, is expected to amount to US$740 mln.
