China National Offshore Oil Corp.’s venture with Shell Petrochemicals Co. has purchased as much as 30,000 metric tons of naphtha for delivery in late December, ICIS reported. The venture is operating its naphtha cracker in Huizhou, Guangdong province, at full capacity.
