With effect from 1 May 2009, Dow Europe plans to increase price by EUR 50/ton of all grades of its low-density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) across the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian regions. As feedstock costs are on the increase, the company has announced a price hike to restore margins.
