Effective January 1, 2009 or as per the contracts permit, DSM Engineering Plastics has announced a price increase for a number of its polymer materials in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Akulon PA 6 and PA 6.6 injection moulding grades will increase by EUR 200/ton; Arnite PET and PBT and Arnitel TPC will increase by a minimum of EUR 150/ton and the price of Xantar C general purpose PC/ABS will increase by EUR 300/ton.
