Yansab’s ethane fed cracker has been restarted after an unplanned shutdown. The unit went offline on Sept. 10 due to a technical glitch, as per Reuters. As a result, production dropped at some downstream units that use ethylene and propylene as a feedstock. Yansab, which started full commercial production in March has total annual production capacity of 4 million tonnes of petrochemical products.
