China plans to build an ethylene plant in its Qinzhou economic development zone. The total investment for plant is over US$ 300 million. It will have an annual capacity of 1 million tons of ethylene, 700,000 tons of EO/EG ethandiol, 180,000 tons of EVA, 250,000 ton of fenol, 180,000 tons of acetone and 300,000 tons of ethyl cyanide.
