Asia's largest ethylene producer - Taiwan's Formosa Petrochemical Corp (FPC), has signed a contract with Saudi Arabian Oil Co (Saudi Aramco) for naphtha supply in the second half of this year. As per the terms of the contract, Saudi Aramco, the world's No.1 oil producer, will sell its A-180 light naphtha and processed Rabigh naphtha at a premium price of US$16/ton and US$15/ton respectively.
Supply volume is expected to be almost the same as the first half of this year.
