Weak petrochemical margins have pushed Taiwan's Formosa Petrochemical Corp to reduce run rates at its 2.93 mln tpa naphtha cracking complex to 90-95% from full-tilt as per Reuters. Polymer prices in Asia are not rising as fast as sellers had hoped to reflect the escalating naphtha costs.
