Taiwan's Formosa Petrochemical has issued a tender to buy 30,000-75,000 tons of open-spec naphtha for H2-April/ H1-May delivery.
Earlier this month, Taiwan's Formosa Petrochemical was planning to skip additional naphtha imports for April. However, currently pressured ethylene margins forced Formosa to change its plan. Formosa decided to shut down its 900,000 ton No.2 naphtha cracker for a week in mid-March instead of April.
