North America’s largest producer of vinyl construction products Georgia Gulf Corp. (GGC), is mulling acquisition of stake in a jointly-owned ethylene plant to meet its feedstock requirements. Several discussions are underway to meet its goal of securing 50% of its ethylene requirements at cost, as per Bloomberg.
