Global players like Dow, Ineos Group and LyondellBasell Industries have expressed keen interest to enter into a technology tie-up for the upcoming ONGC Petro Additions Ltd (OPAL) project in Dahej. non-PSU joint venture company ONGC Petro Additions Ltd (OPAL) is setting up a Rs 12,440-crore project in the area. ONGC holds 26% equity stake in OPAL while GSPC holds 5% stake, as per Business Standard.
