GS Engineering & Construction Co. has received a letter of intent from an affiliate of Thailand's state-run oil company PTT Public Co. to expand and run its propylene producing facility in a US$80 mln deal. The South Korean company will work to expand propylene capacity to 100,000 tpa, construction for which will be completed by August 2012.
